Curious about improv? Come try it for yourself. In this two-hour workshop, we’ll play simple games and exercises that introduce the basics of improvisation. You’ll meet new people, build on each other’s ideas and discover what happens when you don’t have to plan everything in advance.
Expect plenty of laughter and a supportive atmosphere. Along the way, you’ll practice listening, responding in the moment and getting more comfortable with the unexpected—skills that are useful well beyond improv.
No acting experience is needed, and you don’t have to try to be funny. Language House trainees and alumni are welcome, as is anyone else who wants to give improv a go.
